Fefe recommends you choose Ledger

When you receive your Ledger device, you'll also receive a Bitcoin Voucher. Scratch the grey area to reveal your code.

Note: The QR code on this voucher takes you to step-by-step instructions for claiming your BTC.

To claim your reward, you first need to create a Refer a friend account:

1. Open the Ledger Wallet (formerly Ledger Live) app.

2. Navigate to the Discover section.

3. Select Refer a friend app.

After you create your account, you’ll be able to access the dashboard and claim your BTC. You can find detailed instructions for creating the account here → How to join the Refer a friend.

The reward will be displayed in your balance in the referral account dashboard. To receive your reward, you need to have a BTC address. You can claim your BTC after 30 days—during this time, you’ll see the status of your balance as Pending. 

Follow these steps:

1. Scratch the back of the Bitcoin voucher you received in the box.

2. Create an account on the Refer A Friend app

3. Click Claim your reward.

4. Add your new or existing Bitcoin account where the reward will be sent. 

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the process.

6. After the 30 day verification period, claim your rewards.

15 days after redeeming your Voucher Code, you need to claim your Bitcoin in your Refer-a-friend account and provide a Bitcoin Address.

You have one year to complete the process of both entering your Voucher Code in the Referral Program via Ledger Wallet (formerly Ledger Live) and collecting your crypto reward.

If you delete your Refer a friend account, you won't be able to use the same ETH address to create a new one. If you have any unclaimed rewards on this account, they will be lost.

Check the purchase date and time to ensure that the order was placed during the campaign.

If none of this is the case, please contact Ledger Support.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order and get a full refund. Keep in mind that the unscratched Bitcoin voucher needs to be returned as well.
