The program by which Ledger grants, under certain conditions as detailed below, a $25 voucher (the “Voucher”) and a Beginner’s Guide (the “Guide”) to certain of its customers (the “Program”) will run from April 1st 2021.

Please be cautious: To be able to buy a Ledger Crypto Starter Pack and redeem your voucher, you must be located in a country/state/territories supported by Coinify, as listed below.

If you are the beneficiary of such a grant, you can redeem such Voucher on Coinify interface through Ledger Live. The Voucher will be valid for three (3) months from its date of receipt.

The Program is organised by Ledger SAS., a French simplified joint-stock company headquartered in Paris, France at 1 Rue du Mail, 75002 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register number 529 991 119, VAT number FR03529991119.

The conditions to participate are as follows: 

• you need first to acquire a Ledger Nano S as part of the Ledger Crypto  Starter Pack that gives rise to a grant of Voucher - see our terms and conditions for such purchase,
• you will receive the Guide by email from hello@ledger.com the day after the purchase,
• you will receive the Voucher by email from hello@ledger.com by 14 days after the purchase and instructions on how to use it on the Coinfy exchange via Ledger Live,
• the values of the voucher is $25 US Dollars and can be redeemed only on Coinify exchange accessible via Ledger Live.

Ledger cannot be held responsible in case you are not in a position to redeem your Voucher as these are Coinify terms and conditions that apply to the buy and sell of cryptos. Please see on our Ledger website: Third Party Services/Ledger Live Terms and Conditions.

Vouchers can not be exchanged, used or redeemed in any different way than expressly provided in the present terms and conditions.

The Voucher is personal (one code per purchase) and can only be redeemed once. 

You need to purchase a minimum of 60 USD in the crypto of your choice on the Coinify exchange accessible through Ledger, so as to be able to use your Voucher on top of that amount.

Please note that the buy operation on Coinify can incur some fees. Example for a transaction is as follows: 

 

Any personal details provided to Ledger in connection with this Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is important that you carefully read and understand this information.

Ledger can terminate a person’s ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason and without notice. Ledger reserves the right to suspend (or ask its partner to suspend) accounts, cancel (or ask its partner to cancel) the voucher if Ledger notices any activity we believe fraudulent, improper, or unlawful or if Ledger has reason to assume you are in breach of these terms. 

Ledger accepts no liability for loss, theft, destruction or improper use of the Voucher unless this is the result of negligence on the part of Ledger.

Nothing in this agreement serves to exclude or limit liability for: (i) death or personal injury due to negligence; (ii) deliberate deception; and/or any other form of liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

In the event that any provision of these terms is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms shall remain in full force and effect. In such cases, the Parties shall endeavor in good faith to modify the invalid or unenforceable article or to agree on a new article that is valid and enforceable.

Ledger reserves the right to, at all times, amend these terms by publishing an amended version on the Ledger website. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of the terms. Except as otherwise expressly stated by us, participation in the program is subject to, and constitutes your acceptance of, the version of these terms in effect at the time of your participation in the Program.

These terms shall be governed by French law. Nothing in these terms including this section affects your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions of local law. Any dispute between you and Ledger in relation to the agreement, including the understanding and the extent of these terms and conditions will be resolved by the competent court in Paris, France.
