Please note that the MEV protection service is not provided by Ledger but is powered by Blink and that Blink’s privacy policy applies when you use the service.

To benefit from the service, you agree that Ledger shares your signed transaction with Blink before it is broadcasted and included in a block. Ledger neither collects or shares any information allowing Blink to know your identity. 

If you do not want Ledger to share your data with Blink, you can opt-out to the service in the OS settings of the device. 

Privacy provision in the contract

Regarding the processing of personal data in the context of the MEV protection service, the Parties act as separate data controllers and undertake to collect and process personal data in accordance with all laws and regulations applicable to the processing of personal data including but not limited to, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 ("GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). 

Ledger may share personal data with Blink for the performance of the service, including transactional data. Blink undertakes to delete immediately upon reception the data provided by Ledger that could be used to identify users of the service as Ledger customers (including the API key) .
