Privacy notice – Application form
LEVER collects and processes your personal data on behalf of LEDGER. LEDGER will review your application and contact you if your profile fits our job offers. The processing of your data is necessary to take steps prior to entering into an employment contract with LEDGER. Your information will be available to our Talent acquisition and HR teams, as well as to the teams offering the positions.
If your application does not result in employment with us, you may consent to LEDGER keeping your data to consider your candidacy for future positions. In this case, we would store your data in LEDGER’s pool of candidates for 2 years.
LEDGER may also, through its provider Starred, process your contact details in order to contact you to request your feedback on LEDGER’s recruitment process. This processing is based on LEDGER's legitimate interest in analyzing the review and improving its recruitment process. Your contact details will be kept for 14 days and your answers to these surveys will be treated as confidential and only the anonymous results will be communicated to Ledger.
Your information may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area ensuring an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission or within the framework of safeguards that assure the protection of your personal information, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (available here).
Please note that you may at any time access or rectify your data, request their deletion, exercise your right to data portability or limit your data’s processing and, where we have asked for your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights or for any question on the processing of your data, please contact us at team-recruiters@ledger.fr. If nevertheless you believe LEDGER did not adequately address your concerns and mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with the personal data protection authority of your country.

LEDGER has used your personal data available on professional social networks to contact you. LEDGER has a legitimate interest in collecting and processing your personal data to contact you about job offers that may interest you.
Unless you object by return email, your personal data will be retained in LEDGER’s pool of candidates for 2 years from and will be available to our Talent acquisition and HR teams, as well as to the teams offering the positions. Your information may be transferred to non-European countries that ensure an adequate level of protection according to the EU Commission or within the framework of the standard data protection clauses adopted by the EU Commission. You can access these clauses on the European Commission website.
Please note that you may access your data and request their rectification or deletion. You may also object to, or request the limitation of, the processing of your data.
