Legal notice: Ledger Atom™ reservation
This notice applies to your reservation of Ledger Atom™ and is in addition to the Ledger’s Sales Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between this notice and the Sales Terms and Conditions in relation to your reservation, this notice prevails.
Reservation and product status
Ledger Atom™ is still in development. You are placing a reservation, not buying a finished product. Specifications, features, design and appearance may change before launch, and images are illustrative. The price you pay is as described under ‘Pricing and payment”. The estimated delivery date is summer 2027. It is an estimate, not a commitment, and may change. We will tell you by email if it does.
Pricing and payment
You pay in two steps: a deposit when you place your reservation, and the balance when you complete your purchase. The deposit is a fixed amount in the currency shown on the reservation page.
Currency conversion
Depending on your location, the price is either set in your local currency or calculated from our euro price using exchange rates. Where it is calculated from the euro price, the amount in your currency may change between your reservation and the date you pay the balance. Any total or balance shown at the time of reservation is therefore an estimate only, and the final amount may be higher or lower. The exact amount of the balance will be shown to you before you confirm payment. Your bank or card issuer may also apply its own fees or rates.
Product Certification
If you are located in the US, the equipment is subject to FCC rules and delivery to the end user is conditional upon successful completion of the applicable equipment authorization process. These rules do not address the applicability of consumer protection, contractual, or other provisions under federal or state law. If authorization is not successfully completed, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the amount you paid (see “Refund policy” below).
If you are located in the EU, delivery is subject to completion of the applicable conformity assessment notably under the Radio Equipment Directive (CE marking) and its cybersecurity requirements.
In all cases, please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into your country of destination, and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, certifications and rules there (for further details, refer to Article 7 of the Sales Terms and Conditions).
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR)
The head, trunk and limb SAR values of Ledger Atom™ will be measured during its certification and published here before any delivery. The use of a hands-free kit is recommended.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund at any time before we ship Ledger Atom™ and until 14 days after you receive it. We will refund everything you have paid (deposit and, if paid, balance) in the currency you paid.
Refunds will be made in accordance with article 8 of Ledger’s Sales Terms and Conditions.
App availability
App availability depends on certifications and licences and will be confirmed before your device ships. Some apps may not be available, or may not work fully, on Ledger Atom™ at launch.
Data-only device: no cellular voice calls and no emergency calls
Ledger Atom™ is not a smartphone. It is a data-only mobile device: it connects to 4G/5G networks for data only and does not support cellular voice calls (including VoLTE, VoNR, VoWiFi) or SMS. You therefore cannot use Ledger Atom™ to make or receive calls over the mobile network. You also cannot use it to call emergency services (such as 112 or 911), even with an eSIM installed and within network coverage.
Voice or video calls may be possible only through internet-based (VoIP) apps, over a data or Wi-Fi connection. These apps are provided by third parties, their availability and quality depend on your connection, and they must not be relied on to reach emergency services. Always keep another way of contacting emergency services available.
Some mobile operators may not offer plans or eSIM profiles for data-only devices. Please check with your operator before reserving.
Access to telecom networks
Ledger Atom™ requires an eSIM from a network operator to access 4G/5G networks. Mobile connectivity is not included in the price of the device, and Ledger does not provide or sell it. You will need a plan from a network operator, which may charge activation, subscription, data, roaming or other fees. Ledger Atom™ does not support 2G or 3G networks.
Network compatibility
Ledger Atom™ will be offered in two regional versions, each with its own set of supported cellular bands. The bands below are those contemplated at this stage and may change before launch.

No guarantee of network compatibility. Operators use different bands, band combinations and network features (such as 5G standalone, carrier aggregation or VoLTE), and may require their own approval of a device. Support for a band therefore does not guarantee that Ledger Atom™ will work on a given operator's network. Ledger Atom™ may work only partly, with reduced speed or coverage, or not at all, on certain networks, including in countries covered by the version you purchase. For example, if your operator relies on bands or band combinations that are not listed above, Ledger Atom™ may not connect or may have reduced coverage.
Ledger does not guarantee cellular coverage, speed, performance or compatibility in any country or with any operator. Each version is designed for use in its own region, and use outside that region may be limited. Before reserving, please check that the bands supported by your version of Ledger Atom™ match those used by your operator where you will use the device.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Ledger Atom™ supports Wi-Fi 6E (2.4/5/6 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.4. These do not depend on cellular band support. Availability of certain Wi-Fi channels, including the 6 GHz band, depends on local regulation.
Other Features and services
Some features and services (including digital-asset, payment and card-related services) may not be available in all countries or at launch. They may depend on third parties or licences, are provided by those third parties (not by Ledger) where indicated, and are governed by separate terms. Features and integrations described in our marketing may change, and Ledger does not guarantee that any particular third-party integration will be available at launch.
