After upgrading to a Ledger secure touchscreen signer, your Classic Ledger Nano signer remains fully functional and can be used in the following ways:

• Backup signer: Keep it as a backup to ensure continued access to your assets if your primary signer is lost, damaged, or temporarily unavailable.

• Secondary signer: Use it as a separate signer with its own Secret Recovery Phrase (SRP), alongside your Ledger secure touchscreen signer. For example, you can HODL on your Classic Ledger Nano signer and use your Ledger secure touchscreen signer with a different SRP for daily transactions. If needed, performing a factory reset allows you to set up new accounts on the Classic Ledger Nano signer for this purpose.
