Due to a technical limitation, you won't be able to sign the off-chain message if your Solana wallet was created via a 3rd-party wallet while using a Ledger device.

If you hold an eligible NFT or token on this specific wallet, the easier workaround is to transfer those items to a Solana wallet address created in Ledger Live, or via 3rd-party wallet (without a Ledger device this time).

This only affects users who generated their Solana address using a Ledger device within a third-party software wallet. Users using a software wallet or a Ledger device within Ledger Live are not affected.

People who own the specific Solana NFTs, tokens or coins listed for each phase can access the exclusive bundles. After clicking on the “Claim now” button on the dedicated web page, you can connect your Solana Wallet via the website to prove your eligibility.

1. Click the “Claim now” button on the page and then click on “Ledger”.

2. This will redirect you to the Ledger Live companion app (desktop or mobile).

3. Click on the “Select your Solana account” button and choose your desired account.

4. Sign the off-chain message with your Ledger device, following the step by step instructions in the Ledger Live™ app.
