1. Welcome to the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion
Your participation in the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion is subject to the following Terms. We recommend that you read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion.
The Terms, together with the Ledger Live Terms of Use, shall form part of the agreement between you and Ledger, under which you may use Ledger Live during the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion (the “Agreement”).
2. What is the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion?
Ledger Live users can buy crypto through Ledger Live without paying additional fees to Ledger and the Participating Live Apps, subject to these Terms.
The 2024 Ledger Live HappyBuy Day Promotion shall run once a month for one year, for 24 (twentyfour) hours each time, on the dates communicated by Ledger on its social media accounts.
3. Participating Live Apps
The Live Apps available on Ledger Live participating in the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion include the following:

BTC Direct (up to EUR 500,000 transactions volume)
Coinify
LoopiPay
MoonPay
PayPal
Ramp
Sardine
Transak
The list above is subject to change. The Participating Live Apps will be recognizable by a relevant tag on Ledger Live.
4. Eligibility conditions
To be eligible to enter into the 2024 Ledger Live Happy Buy Day Promotion, you must be at least 18 years old or qualify as an adult in your country of residence, and accept the Ledger Live Terms of Use.
5. What fees are waived during the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion?
The fees that are waived are processing fees applied by Live Apps and Ledger for their services when you purchase crypto through Ledger Live. However, network fees or gas fees (for ETH or ERC20 tokens) paid to network validators may apply. If that is the case, the applicable fees will be stated in the quote submitted before you complete your transaction.
6. Limited Thresholds
If you purchase crypto with any of the following providers, the 2024 Happy BuyDay Promotion will be available from the starting date of the promotion up until a certain volume threshold of total transaction amounts executed by such provider for all users starting from the beginning of the promotion has been reached:
BTC Direct: EUR 500,000
The volume thresholds mentioned above are to be understood as being the limit of total transaction amounts per each day of the 2024 Happy BuyDay Promotion, as detailed in Section 2 above. The volume thresholds are subject to change.
7. Restrictions
You agree to only participate in the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion for the purposes intended and as permitted by the Agreement and in accordance with applicable laws. If you enter into the 2024 Ledger Live Happy Buy Day Promotion in breach of the Agreement or any applicable laws we may suspend or cancel your benefit from the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion.
8. Warranty and disclaimer
Ledger will use a reasonable level of skill and care to ensure that the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion can be accessed by you in accordance with the Agreement, but there are no guarantees that access and features will not be interrupted or that there will be no delays, failures, errors, omissions, corruption or loss of transmitted information, during the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion. The 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and in particular without implied warranties of merchantability, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
You understand that some Participating Live Apps may not always be available, or may become unavailable before the end of the promotional period. Ledger will use a reasonable effort to communicate such changes to you in due course. In any case, Ledger does not guarantee that it will be able to provide you with this information before you agree to use the services offered through Ledger Live during the 2024 Ledger Live Happy BuyDay Promotion.
