LEDGER RECOVER REDEEM CODE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The redeem code for a Ledger Recover subscription that you are about to purchase is governed by these terms and conditions (“Redeem Code Terms”) between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and Ledger Trust Services.  In these terms, “Ledger” or “us”, “we”, “our” means Ledger Trust Services, and where appropriate, all other entities that are part of the Ledger group of companies. Before purchasing a redeem code for a Ledger Recover subscription, you need to carefully read, understand and accept these Redeem Code Terms.  If you do not agree to these Redeem Code Terms, you should not continue with your subscription purchase.  These Redeem Code Terms will govern in respect of matters concerning the redeem code purchase in the event of conflict with other terms and conditions relating to Ledger Recover or Ledger.com. The Terms have been translated and made available into different languages. Notwithstanding their translation, you agree that, in the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, only the English version of these Terms shall be referred to and prevail.

1. Redeem Codes, Subscription & Services

The redeem codes for Ledger Recover are issued by Ledger Trust Services. Ledger Trust Services is incorporated and registered in France with company number 890 751 043 RCS Paris and its registered office is at 1, rue du Mail, 75002 Paris, France.  The redeem code you are purchasing will enable you to access and activate a subscription for the Ledger Recover service, provided by Coincover.

By clicking accept, confirming your purchase or similar, you acknowledge and accept that:

i) the terms of the Ledger Trust Services Terms and Conditions are incorporated into these Redeem Code Terms by reference, and those terms (including any requirements, restrictions and limitations) will apply to your subscription, and your purchase and use of redeem codes.  You agree to comply with the Ledger Trust Services Terms and Conditions, including the eligibility requirements in Section 3 of those terms.  Capitalized terms used in these Redeem Code Terms but which are not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Ledger Trust Services Terms and Conditions; and

(ii) Ledger Recover is provided by Coincover and is subject to Coincover’s Terms and Conditions.

2. Availability of Ledger Recover

Ledger Recover availability depends on the country/region where your identity document is issued. Visit here for country/region availability. Subscription requires a valid passport or national identity card. Valid driver's licenses also accepted for Canadian and US users.

3. Expiry

All redeem codes expire after 1 year from purchase.  Please activate your redeem code before the one year anniversary of your purchase to avoid losing the benefit of using it.

4. Requirements & Restrictions

• To activate Ledger Recover using a redeem code, you will need a qualifying Ledger Device. 

• Redeem codes can only be used on the Ledger Trust Services Platform.

• Redeem codes can only be used once and cannot be replaced if they are damaged, lost, stolen or used without your permission.

• Redeem codes cannot be transferred to other users.

• Redeem codes are limited to one per Ledger Trust Services Login and cannot be stacked.

• Ledger Trust Services may suspend or terminate (or request applicable third parties to suspend or terminate) your use of your redeem code, or refuse a transaction, if we notice any activity we believe fraudulent, improper, or unlawful or if we have reason to believe there has been a breach of these Redeem Code Terms.

5.Refunds & Cancellation

You may cancel Ledger Recover at any time to stop future charges.  Please note that subject to applicable laws, there are no prorated refunds in the event of your cancellation of a subscription and unless otherwise stated and agreed by Ledger, payments are therefore non-refundable.  Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions will operate on an automatic renewal basis, until you cancel the subscription or if it is suspended or otherwise terminated.  Nothing in these Redeem Code Terms are intended to limit your consumer law rights.

6. Right to Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your redeem code purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.  The cancellation period will expire after fourteen (14) days from the day of the conclusion of the relevant contract for a redeem code purchase, or from when you receive the relevant Ledger Device ordered from Ledger.com as part of a product bundle, depending on what is more beneficial to you.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the relevant contract for a redeem code purchase by means of a straightforward statement (e.g. letter sent by post or email).  You can contact us via the Contact Us link at https://support.ledger.com or by post by writing to Ledger Trust Services - 1, rue du Mail, 75002 Paris, France.  You can also use the Model Withdrawal Form at the end of these Ledger Recover Redeem Code Terms but this is not mandatory.  If you use this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email).  To be within the withdrawal period, you just need to send your statement about exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. When contacting us, please provide your order date, name, email address and address to help us identify your order.

If you cancel a contract for a redeem code purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.  We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel a contract for a redeem code purchase.  We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
