Play-to-Win Swap with Sui promotional terms
1. Welcome to the “Play-to-Win Swap with Sui” Promotion
These Terms and any attachments related to it, including Ledger Wallet™ app Terms of Use and Ledger Privacy Policy, and applicable guidelines, form a legal Agreement between you and Ledger for your participation in the Play-to-Win Swap with Sui Promotion (the “Promotion”).
The “Promoter” of the Promotion is Ledger SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under number 529 991 119, and whose registered office is located at 106 rue du Temple, 75003, Paris, France.
These Terms define the terms and conditions under which you are allowed to benefit from the Promotion. You must not participate in the Promotion if you do not:
agree to these Terms; and
meet all of the Eligibility Requirements
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Promotion, you must:
1. be a legal resident of one of the following:
The fifty United States of America (excluding New York, Florida and Arizona) and the District of Columbia
France
Germany
Canada
Australia (excluding the Northern Territory)
The Netherlands
Switzerland
2. be the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence
3. have the legal capacity to contract
No employee of the Promoter or any of its group entities, or any member of their immediate family, is eligible to enter the Promotion.
No purchase, transaction, or payment is necessary to enter. You do not need to be an existing user of the Ledger Wallet™ app in order to enter the Promotion. However, if you enter via entry Method 2 below, Potential Winners will be required to set up access via the Ledger Wallet™ app in order to receive their prize. Your chances of winning are the same regardless of method of entry.
3. Promotional Period
The “Promotional Period” is from 16:00 on 6 November 2025 (CET) to 16:00 on 6 December 2025 (CET).
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry:
1. Method 1 (Trade Method of Entry):
To enter via Method 1, you must both:
a. opt-in to the Promotion at on the Swap page in the Ledger Wallet™ app; and
b. make a swap to at least 30 SUI via Ledger Wallet™ to SUI using Exodus or Changelly or CIC (a “Swap”) during the Promotional Period.
These two (2) steps can be completed in any order, but they both must be completed within the Promotional Period to earn an entry.
Up to one extra entry per wallet address may be available if your original registration was made via a referral link (“Referral Additional Entry”).
2. Method 2 (No Purchase Method of Entry):
To enter via mail without making a Swap, hand print and complete the following on the front of a piece of paper: the wallet address at which you would like to receive your prize. Insert paper in an envelope and mail in, with sufficient postage, to either:

Mail-in entries must be received by the end of the Promotional Period. Each Mail-in entry will qualify as one entry (multiple entries may not be made in one mail). Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
Potential Winners (as defined below) that entered via mail will be required to
set up access to the Ledger Wallet™ app and agree to the respective user agreement and privacy notice; and
complete the steps set out in Section 7 below.
5. Number of entries
a. If you have entered via Method 1, Swapping to additional SUI during the Promotional Period will earn you additional entries (one additional entry per additional 30 SUI swapped). For example (by way of illustration only): If you do three Swaps, and in the first Swap you receive 30 SUI, in the second Swap you receive 40 SUI, and in the third Swap you receive 80 SUI, the Promoter will aggregate the amount of SUI received via the Swaps over the Promotional Period = 30+40+80 = 150 SUI = 150/30 = 5 entries
You will also receive 5 entries if you do one Swap, receiving 150 SUI.
You do not receive any entry for swapping from SUI to any other currency.
b. Accumulation of Swaps in this way will be conducted per wallet.
c. You are limited to a maximum of 20 (twenty) entries, per wallet address, via any combination of Swapping, Method 2 and Referral Additional Entry.
d. You may enter via either Method using more than one wallet address, but if more than one wallets owned by you are selected as Potential Winners, you will be allocated only the largest of the Prizes to which you would otherwise be eligible, and you will forfeit any other Prizes.
6. Random Drawing:
a. The Promoter will draw 20 (twenty) entries (each a “Potential Winner”) at random from all eligible entries received under the supervision of a bailiff on or about 12 January 2026.
b. No single wallet address will be allocated more than one Prize.
c. The Promoter’s decision, witnessed by the bailiff, will be final and binding. The odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
7. Potential Winner Notification
a. Between 12 January 2026 and 12 February 2026 (the “Claim Period”), the Promoter will make available a Web page (“Claim Page”) you can check if you are a Potential Winner by entering the wallet address you used to Swap, or the wallet address provided in your postal entry.
b. If you are a Potential Winner, you will be directed by the Claim Page to a request for further information to run checks required by regulation in order to provide your Prize, which will include a name check and official ID, and ownership testing of your wallet. You must provide the information requested within 14 days. If you do not do so, or any compliance flags are raised during the process, the Promoter will not award you the Prize.
c. If a Potential Winner does not respond, or fails to provide documentation, within the timescales set out in this Section 7 or refuses the prize, or if a communication to the Potential Winner is returned as undeliverable, Potential Winner will be disqualified without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected.
d. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL THAT ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS TO CLAIM A PRIZE HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND FULFILLED, AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
8. Prizes and Prize Restrictions
One (1) winner will receive thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) in SUI.
One (1) winner will receive twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) in SUI.
One (1) winner will receive ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in SUI.
Two (2) winners will receive six thousand dollars ($6,000) in SUI. Total retail value of prize: twelve thousand dollars ($12,000).
Five (5) winners will receive three thousand dollars ($3,000) in SUI. Total Retail Value of prize: fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
Ten (10) winners will each receive one thousand three hundred dollars ($1,300) in SUI. Total Retail Value of prize: thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000).
There are a total of 20 (twenty) prizes offered in the Promotion, with an approximate total retail value of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
All prize values stated herein are in USD. Price of SUI prizes determined by Promoter’s set rate on a date and time selected by Promoter at its discretion, prior to sending of the prize to winner (may also be prior to the opening date of the Promotion). All winners who wish to sell the prize may do so by following the prompts within the Ledger Wallet™ app
DISCLOSURE: THE VALUE OF A DIGITAL CURRENCY OR OTHER PRIZE, OTHER THAN STABLECOINS, IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE, AND THERE CAN BE A SUBSTANTIAL RISK THAT IT COULD LOSE VALUE (POSSIBLY ALL VALUE) AS A RESULT OF BUYING, SELLING, OR HOLDING THE PRIZE.
Prizes will be fulfilled within approximately six-to-eight (6-8) weeks of winner verification. Promoter assumes no responsibility for undeliverable messages resulting from any errors or for insufficient space in the user's account to receive messages. Promoter reserves the right to modify the notification procedures and applicable deadlines for responding in connection with the selection of any alternate winner. If a prize is legitimately claimed, it will be awarded. Upon prize forfeiture or inability to use a portion of the prize thereof, no compensation will be given, and Promoter will have no further obligation to that entrant.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Promoter reserves the right, where lawful, to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Prize details not specifically stated in these Terms will be determined in Promoter’s sole discretion. Promoter reserves the right to deny distribution of any prize when required by applicable law. You waive the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize, any costs associated with claiming or seeking to claim a prize, or using a prize.
9. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any/all applicable federal, state and local taxes related to the prize(s). The value of any prize awarded to a winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law.
10. Release
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promoter from and against any claim or cause of action or liability (including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance/receipt/use or misuse of any prize, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the decisions of the Promoter and/or its representatives.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to protect the integrity of the Promotion. Any attempt to defraud, tamper with, or deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is strictly prohibited, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any such individual.
Promoter will not be responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or mutilated mail, misdirected email, or for any technical problems, faulty, lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect or mistranscribed data transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, malfunctions, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer/mobile device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with this Promotion.
Promoter is not responsible for malfunctions or breakdown of any network systems, unavailable service connections, lost, incomplete, faulty network connectivity of any kind, failures of any service providers, or any combination thereof, which may limit a person’s ability to participate in this Promotion.
Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Promotion if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason including, but not limited to, if fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion; or if a virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion. If the Promotion is so cancelled or modified, Promoter may award prizes from among all eligible entrants prior to such action and Promoter shall have no further obligation to any entrant in connection with this Promotion.
Promoter reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in promotional materials and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail, govern, and control. Promoter will not be responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prizes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
The Terms have been translated and made available into different languages. Notwithstanding their translation, you agree that, in the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, only the English version of these Terms shall be referred to and prevail.
