Crypto Heroes recommends you choose Ledger

Your Bitcoin voucher will be included in the packaging when you receive your Ledger device.

1. Download and/or open the Ledger Wallet™ app

2. Navigate to the Discover section

3. Select Refer a Friend then Redeem voucher

4. Create or connect to your rewards account using an Ethereum address for secure, private authentication

5. Once connected scratch the grey film on the voucher to reveal your redeem code

6. Enter the voucher code in the required field and click on Redeem your voucher

7. During this period, you’ll see the status of In Progress

8. After a 15-day waiting period, go to your dashboard and Claim your BTC

You have one year to complete the process of both entering your Voucher Code in the Referral Program via Ledger Wallet and collecting your crypto reward.

If you delete your Refer a Friend account, you won't be able to use the same ETH address when creating a new one. If you have any unclaimed rewards on the deleted account, they will be lost.

Check the purchase date and time to ensure that the order was placed during the promotional campaign. If this is the case, please contact Ledger Support. If not, your purchase was not eligible for the BTC boost.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase and get a full refund. Keep in mind that the unscratched Bitcoin voucher must be returned as well.
