During the 2024 Black Friday promotion, purchasing any of the following Ledger products will get you a Bitcoin voucher:

• Ledger Flex™ purchase gets $70 worth of Bitcoin (BTC)

• Ledger Recover™ purchase gets $10 worth of Bitcoin (BTC)

• Ledger Flex™ + Ledger Recover™ purchase gets $80 worth of Bitcoin (BTC)

Each Ledger Flex™ is packaged with a voucher for $70 worth of Bitcoin (BTC) and an additional voucher worth $10 of Bitcoin (BTC) when bundled with Ledger Recover™. Purchasing multiple Ledger Flex™ devices will enable you to receive multiple Bitcoin vouchers, with a maximum of 5 Ledger Flex™ vouchers, and 5 Ledger Recover™ vouchers per order.

Your Bitcoin voucher will be delivered in the Ledger Flex™ box. Gently scratch the gray area on the card to reveal your unique redeem code. Then scan the QR code on the voucher to learn how to use your code and collect your Bitcoin (BTC) gift.

To claim your reward, you first need to create a Refer a friend account:

1. Open the Ledger Live app.

2. Navigate to the Discover section.

3. Select Refer a friend app.

After you create your account, you’ll be able to access the dashboard and claim your BTC. You can find detailed instructions for creating the account here → How to join the Refer a friend.

The reward will be displayed in your balance in the referral account dashboard. To receive your reward, you need to have a BTC address. You can claim your BTC after 30 days—during this time, you’ll see the status of your balance as Pending. 

Follow these steps:

1. Scratch the back of the Bitcoin voucher you received in the box.

2. Create an account on the Refer A Friend app

3. Click Claim your reward.

4. Add your new or existing Bitcoin account where the reward will be sent. 

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the process.

6. After the 30 day verification period, claim your rewards.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order and get a full refund. Keep in mind that the unscratched Bitcoin voucher needs to be returned as well.

You can claim your Bitcoin (BTC) after 30 days—during this time, you’ll see the status of your balance as Pending.

You have 1 year to redeem the code through Ledger Live, and 1 year to claim your Bitcoin (BTC).

If your new Ledger Flex™ did not have a Bitcoin voucher:

1. Check the purchase date and time on your order confirmation email to ensure that the order was placed during the campaign.

2. This promotional campaign is applicable only on Ledger Flex™ devices purchased on Ledger.com between November 21, 2024 until December 5, 2024
