II. General T&Cs
1. Welcome to the Ledger Crypto Promotion
These Terms and any attachments related to it, including Ledger Sales Terms and Conditions if applicable, Ledger Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and, applicable guidelines, form a legal Agreement between you and Ledger for your participation in the Ledger Crypto Promotion.
These Terms define the terms and conditions under which you are allowed to benefit from Ledger Crypto Promotion. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the Ledger Crypto Promotion.
Note: Depending on the cases, you can benefit from the Ledger Crypto Promotion by purchasing a Ledger Hardware Product either from Ledger directly on Ledger.com or from one of an eligible Ledger Authorized Reseller. Therefore, in addition to these Terms and Conditions, either Ledger Sales Terms and Conditions or the eligible Ledger Authorized Reseller Terms and Conditions will apply. |
2. What is the Ledger Crypto Promotion?
By purchasing one of the Ledger Hardware Products (the “Eligible Product”) during the promotional period (the “Promotional Period”) either on Ledger.com or from a Ledger Authorized Reseller (the “Eligible Sale Channel”), you will be able to benefit from a reward in the form of a voucher of a given crypto currency (the “Reward”).
Note: Details of the Eligible Product, the Promotional Period, the Eligible Sale Channel and the Reward related to the Ledger Crypto Promotion you are participating in are provided at the top of this document under the Specific T&Cs section. |
Conversion rate will be the one applicable at the time the Reward is sent to you, being 24h to 72h after your Claim (see below - Claim of the Reward).
3. Eligibility
To participate in the Ledger Crypto Promotion, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to contract.
Purchases are required to have been made at full-price and not during any other promotional period. The Ledger Crypto Promotion can not be combined or used in conjunction with any further offer or promotional program, such as the Refer-a-Friend Program.
The maximum number of Eligible Products by households that can be purchased as part of the Ledger Crypto Promotion is five (5).
The Ledger Crypto Promotion can be limited in number, and eligibility will be determined on a first come first served basis.
4. How does the Ledger Crypto Promotion work?
Reception of the Card and Gift Code - You will receive your Eligible Product along with a Card and a Gift Code with the box. Once you have set up your Ledger Live, you can access the Refer-a-Friend App through the Discover section and create your Account by signing-in with an Ethereum address. There you will be able to use your Gift Code as explained below.
Redemption of Gift Code - You have to scratch your Card, unveil the Gift Code and enter it in your Refer-a-friend account following the instructions provided in the app.
Claim of the Reward - 30 days after having redeemed your Gift Code, you need to claim your bitcoin in your Refer-a-friend account and provide a Bitcoin Address. When selecting the option to claim your Reward you can select one of the Bitcoin Addresses proposed or enter a new one.
Time Window for Reward Redemption - Note that You will have up to one (1) year from the reception of the Eligible Product to both redeem your Gift Code and claim your Reward. After this period, your Reward won’t be claimable anymore.
Is there any screening done on the BTC address I provide? Payments in BTC are done by one of our service providers, they may conduct a KYC analysis on your BTC address.
Note: The address you provide will be the Address to which Ledger service provider will send the rewards. Ledger external service provider performs screening of the BTC address as required by the regulations applying to a crypto-asset service provider. Ledger is not responsible for the KYC of the BTC address; you will be informed in case the address provided by you does not pass the screening. Ledger is not responsible for any mistakes you make when providing the Address and you are solely responsible for providing the right Address and for the management of your Account and its access. If you have questions, please contact our Ledger Customer Support, we are at your disposal to help you. |
When will I receive my Reward? You will receive your Reward a few days after you have claimed it through Your Account.
What happens if I want to return my Ledger Product? In case you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please refer to the Ledger Sales Terms and Conditions or the Ledger Authorized Reseller Sales Terms and Conditions. You must return the Eligible Product along with the unscratched Card without undue delay for a full refund.
Note: No refund will be made to any customers which participate in the Ledger Crypto Promotion in a fraudulent way or in breach of this Agreement. |
5. Restrictions
You agree to only participate in the Ledger Crypto Promotion for the purposes intended and as permitted by the Agreement and in accordance with applicable laws. If you use the Ledger Crypto Promotion in breach of the Agreement or applicable laws we may suspend your use of the Ledger Crypto Promotion.
We reserve the right to decline orders that we determine in our sole discretion as suspicious or invalid.
6. Warranty and disclaimer
Ledger will use a reasonable level of skill and care to ensure that the Ledger Crypto Promotion can be accessed by you in accordance with this Agreement, but there are no guarantees that access and features will not be interrupted or that there will be no delays, failures, errors, omissions, corruption or loss of transmitted information, or issues with payment of the Reward. The Ledger Crypto Promotion is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and in particular without implied warranties of merchantability, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your assets and Ledger has no duty to you or any user except as otherwise provided under this Agreement.

The Terms have been translated and made available into different languages. Notwithstanding their translation, you agree that, in the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, only the English version of these Terms shall be referred to and prevail.
