Welcome to Ledger!

The physical Bitcoin Voucher will be delivered along with your Ledger device. The card will be inside an envelope. Gently scratch the gray area of the card to reveal the code.

Note: The card also contains a QR code that takes you to the step-by-step instructions for claiming your Bitcoin.

To claim your reward, you first need to create a Refer a friend account:

1. Open the Ledger Wallet™ app (formerly Ledger Live™).

2. Navigate to the Discover section.

3. Select Refer a friend app.

After you create your account, you'll be able to access the dashboard and claim your Bitcoin. You can find detailed instructions for creating the account here → How to join the Refer a friend.

15 days after redeeming your Voucher Code, you need to claim your Bitcoin in your Refer-a-friend account and provide a Bitcoin Address.

Note that You have up to one (1) year from the reception of the Eligible Product to both redeem your Voucher Code and claim your Reward.

If you delete your Refer a friend account, you won't be able to use the same ETH address to create a new one. If you have any unclaimed rewards on this account, they will be lost.

Check the purchase date and time to ensure that the order was placed during the campaign.

If none of this is the case, please contact Ledger Support.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order and get a full refund. Keep in mind that the unscratched Bitcoin Voucher needs to be returned as well.
